Testimonials Stream In From the Education Facilities Management Forum in Dallas, Texas

The Education Facilities Management Forum took place in Dallas, Texas on April 25 & 26, 2016. Feedback is streaming in from attendees already! Here's what they have to say about their Forum Experience:

"Forum did a great job! Positively was beyond my expectation! Love the layout, the best one I have been to yet!"
- Burleson ISD

"This was my first time at an event like this format and it was great. I loved time with the companies without any pressure or sales pitch. All of them even said to just call and ask questions about anything. Great job by the Forum Events staff before, during, and after the event. Thanks!"
- CitySquare

"The Forum was a great experience in allowing direct one-on-one contact with potential vendors. Having the opportunity to meet with several in a day with specific time frames made it much easier to get to the point and look at specific opportunities."
- Grand Prairie ISD

"The one-on-one meetings with vendors allowed me to ask questions that pertained to my particular facility without interrupting or listening to others who had different needs than my own. The time allowed for these meetings was just right, enough to demonstrate the need for the product without it really being a sales pitch."
- Hendrix College

"Very nice! Enjoyed the event. Well organized and the Forum staff were very helpful. Thanks for the invite!"
- Magnolia ISD

"The ability to pre-select vendors prior to the event made my experience and met my organization's needs. Liked the schedule and format. Employees were friendly and helpful. As my district prepares for a new bond program, the contacts here were great. I also like it when companies bring demos of some of their latest products, as I need to see it and touch it to understand its capabilities."
- Spring Branch ISD

Attendees Speak Out Following Nashville Event

Executives met for 1,257 combined meetings in Nashville, TN on April 20 & 21, 2015 for the Contact Center Summit, Education Facilities Management Summit, Education & Healthcare Security Summit and Healthcare Facilities Management Forum. Pre-scheduled meetings with solution providers took off promptly on Monday morning in the main ballroom of the grand Gaylord Opryland leading into a day-and-a-half of business meetings, seminars and networking activities – including a lively gala dinner and casino night.

Attendees travelled from across the United States, and some even internationally from India, to experience the appointment-based events. Reviews have been more than stellar, see below:

Delegate Testimonials:

“I found this to be a much better avenue to connect and meet with vendors/providers. You are matched to vendors that are providing services and or products you are looking for. There is absolutely no high pressure sales taking place. It truly is about trying to meet the needs of the end user.” – Evansville Vanderburgh School Corporation

“You’ve provided: a relaxed forum to engage myself with knowledgeable vendors, learn more, and find business solutions for both of us…. And the price (free) was perfect!” – Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana

“From the time I became a delegate to the end of the conference, Forum Events made the event seamless. This approach is far more conducive to building long term business relationships than the average conference. I will be sure to attend future events.” – Purchase College

“Overall an excellent concept. My travel from India was worth the time.” – ITCube

“The venue was fantastic and the sessions were very informative and eye-opening.  But most importantly, the format – which was new to me – really jumped out at me and made me realize that it is THE way to go! I know at traditional trade shows it would seem that there are more opportunities for networking as you “control your own schedule” to a degree, but I found it to be just the opposite.  Having the paired appointments made the introductions easy and the networking fell right into place at a more casual pace.” – VP of IT, Payment Alliance

“Very useful – no pressure sales! Great location, staff super and Forum Events did a superb job of making everything smooth! Very professional staff!” –MUS

“The Summit was great! I think I share the same sentiment as most of the folks I spoke with that this was a great venue to really spend some quality time with vendors and make some new connections within the industry. The event exceeded my expectations. Outstanding job!” – Union First Market Bank

“Very well organized. Felt relaxed, not pressured about events or vendors.” – St. Thomas Hospital Rutherford

“Great networking tool and a great way to get familiar with new offerings on the market.” – Loyola University

“Great format, very good use of time and well organized. Staff professional, available to help and get answers.” – Brookhaven Memorial Hospital

“Forum Events offers an excellent forum to meet top representatives of building component manufacturers and to learn about innovative products.” – JRA Architects

Hospitality & Facilities Forum Offers New CE Hour Accredited Program

The Hospitality & Facilities Forum is offering continuing education learning credits during a one hour seminar program on Sustainable Materials in Restrooms, Locker Rooms and Other Applications. In order to attend the seminar, executives must register for the complimentary Forum taking place on February 23-24, 2015 in Los Angeles, CA.

Attendees will earn one AIA HSW/SD CE hour and one GBCI CE hour by completing the one hour program sponsored by Scranton Products. The program will take an in depth look at sustainable materials in restrooms and locker rooms, offering an explanation of how High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) reduces environmental impact and ways it offers both initial and long term improvements to the indoor air quality of any project.

Scranton Products is a confirmed vendor attending the Hospitality & Facilities Forum. The Forum, being held at the Pacific Palms Resort in City of Industry, is designed to connect senior hospitality executives, GPOs and solution providers. During the day-and-a-half Forum, executives will attend pre-arranged business meetings, industry seminars and networking experiences – all in a small scale and intimate setting.

The Hospitality & Facilities Forum is complimentary to the first 50 qualifying registrants, meaning hotel accommodation, meals, refreshments and personalized itinerary are covered.

Since 1996, Forum Events has hosted successful appointment-based events in Europe and North America with 96 percent of attendees reporting that attending a Forum is more effective than a traditional trade show. Of the attending decision makers at the Forum, 55 percent say they send junior levels of staff to national conventions to collect data, rather than do business.

In order to reserve your complimentary place at the Hospitality & Facilities Forum and earn CE hours at Scranton Products’ seminar, register here.

For questions about attending the Forum, contact Millie Kelly atmillie.kelly@forumevents.com or by phone at (941)925-7585 ext. 123. For media questions, contact Yasmin Parsloe at yasmin.parsloe@forumevents.com.
